Vodacom services

Vodacom.... where do i start... I have supported vodacom for so many years, to then have so many issues with my previous contact that i then decided to get out of them. I now am trying to get hold of ANY ONE to cancel my last contract with you guys as the service you offer stinks!!! The only way to speak to someone is to upgrade..... but cancel the contract the line drops or you get transferred for the line to then drop... i am seriously just so so tired of dealing with Vodacom!!!! Data contract ***, i want a cancelation!
