Vodacom Services
I have a complaint about Vodacom, Vodacom has cut me off from my services (incoming and phoning services) because I owe them money. I have spoken to them about my account and I have made a arrangement with them to pay them off (R100) a month. Because I am unemployed and have no income and I have to borrow money to pay them off. The result of them cutting me off I can not find work because you need a contact nr to do so and me not finding work I can't pay them. I know I owe them money and I'm prepared to pay them back. But I need my service on to apply for jobs. My hands are tide!!! And I am desperate to find work. So I want to know what am I to do? Can someone please help me?

Clearly they did not read my complaint! That's why they can't get hold of me. I only can make Emergency calls only (what ever that means) I can't phone or receive phone calls. What must I do? Surely they can look at my account and see that they terminated my services. Only they can undo my services to phone me. I have no other nr where they can call me. Must I be dishonest and go and buy a new sim?
