Vodacom Service.... WHAT SERVICE

<p>Vodacom service in Verwoerdpark is absolutely non existent. We have logged numerous calls to enquire, even prepared to pay for a booster but nothing. Everytime it is promises and reference numbers and the agent will call you. Well it is 2 months and our signal is worse than ever. Then they want to advertize on TV NO DROPPED calls and they guarantee free minutes. TOTAL LIES. WE CAN'T MAKE A PROPER PHONE CALL AND YOU CANT HAVE A PROPER CONVERSATION. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SORT THIS OUT FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS. SICK AND TIRED OF VODACOM PROMISES AND SERVICE. CANCELLING EVERYTHING WE HAVE WITH THEM AND JUST STOP PAYING THEM ON THE ONES WE CANNOT CANCEL. WHAT DO WE PAY FOR, NOTHING.</p>
