Vodacom service unusable

Internet so slow for the last 3 days unable to do marketing on facebook . This is my income and 16th 17th 18th and loaded data everyday .I have lodged several complaints over the last few mothes then it works for a week and we start again . You would think at the rate we are paying for data this would be a stable service..... Please sort this out now i pay for my data but cant use it . I have been lodging complaints with vodacom since june. Another noteworthy incedident was on 12 december that no one in town could even make a phone call useing vodacom for several hours . This was also not the first time.
