Vodacom service unacceptable

Vodacom contacted me mid Jan to offer me a more affordable contract which will benefit me more, due to my data usage and call usage each month. On the 1st of Feb the new contract kicked in and I got a message saying I am using out of bundle data after which I phoned Customer care to find out what was going on. I was then informed that my new contract do not include data and that I need to revert airtime into data that in fact cost me more. On the 2nd of Feb I was on a call and my call got cut, when I tried to phone again it said recharge your account and that I have used my R86 voluntary airtime. I phoned customer care again they could not find any caps on my account as my airtime is in a credit balance.Customer care helped me reset my network settings with no luck. I went into a Vodacom shop to see if they can help me, they also saw nothing wrong on the account and advised me that the accounts department are the only people that would be able to help me as they have access to more deeper info on my account. Being a Sunday I had to wait till Monday as the accounts department is only open during office hours. First thing Monday morning I contacted the accounts department who said that there is nothing wrong and referred me back to customer care. Customer care then said there is two active contracts on my one number and that this could be the only reason why I am unable to make calls, use data.On Monday morning 3 Feb customer care escalated the matter to their Solution experts ref no : *** and said it would take 2 working days to resolve. Yesterday 4 Feb after the 2 days have passed I followed up being upset and was told by a team leader in Customer care that they can only follow up on the query and that someone would make contact. I can not even convert the airtime into data so I am on the road unsafe as I can not even whatsapp or whatsapp call if in an emergency. I am unable to do my job which result in poor children being left without food. I find this unacceptable that I am a loyal Vodacom customer that have paid every month being sold a contract that do not suit my needs and that I was misled ending up paying more for a service that I am unable to use. This is the second time in 1 year since I renewed my contract Jan 2019 that I have received terrible service from Vodacom after receiving a phone when I renewed my contract that was faulty and had to take it in 3 times before it was repaired also resulting in me not being able to do my job and unable to use a brand new phone that was booked in 3 times.
