Vodacom service terribile.

Over the last two weeks Vodacom who is my cell service provider has dropped over 100 calls costing me valuable time and money. I cannot even call Vodacom So Called customer care as Vodacom dropped those calls as well. If someone calls me there is very seldom a time when people can actually talk as all the calls are missed calls or dropped calls. This is unacceptable service and I would like a refund on my monthly fee as Vodacom is in breach of contract! Before you say maybe my brand new phone is faulty, I am not the only person in my area who is having this problem. Vodacom Get your act together this kind of service is pathetic!
