Vodacom service sucks

I am disgusted by vodacom and their service. I called to upgrade about 2 weeks ago.. Was told phones I wanted was out of stock and I can follow up in a week. Called after a week and was told that there is stock now and was given quotes etc.. I needed another quote for my second number and was promised a call back not once not twice not 3 times but 4 times and with each agent giving me a different story. I then got so frustrated after one agent promised to call me back after 15 mins because her system froze.. I never got a call back.. I have escalated it via mothuse who said ismael will call me back as I requested call recordings for all my previous calls.. I am still waiting and now escalated again for ismael to call me with another agent masila.. Besides nandipha who dealt with me initially the rest have really not even endeavoured to assist me.. I have been with vodacom for 20 years and this is how they treat loyal members..
