Vodacom Service sucks!!!

I have been without internet from the 6th May.On the 9th May Patricia called to say technicians were coming out the next day. It is now the 16th May. Technicians came out on the Friday at 3:15 and were gone by 4pm because of bees in the box. I then spoke to Raynard that confirmed it was his technicians and I'll be sorted out by Monday 15th. Tuesday 16th I called again, this time technicians were busy in my street and I went to them and was told they are coming to sort me out. Another day has gone and no assistance!!!!
