Vodacom service sucks

Cradlestone / Featherbrooke area during loadshedding has very poor Vodacom data conectoon. Even signsl is poor and sometimes missing totally. Partners MTN is totally opposite with excellent reception. Vodacom cannot support its customers anymore and it cannot be blamed on loadshedding. It is the same no matter what area you are in. Vodacom sucks. No use even trying to log a complaint.
