VODACOM SERVICE SUCKS

Vodacom are the most useless unhelpful service provider on the entire planet. At the beginning of September, whilst in Durban on business, I went to the Vodacom shop at the Pavilion to upgrade my phone to a Red Advantage. As the cellphone was in my personal name and my company was paying the cellphone account each month, I had to change the account from my name to the company name. I filled in all the necessary forms as requested. On my return to Johannesburg, I phoned the Pavillion store who advised me that the migration had not yet taken place. I phoned the Regional Office last Friday and spoke to Khutso Lediga supposedly in the complaints dept. He said that the changeover in to my business name had still not been done and promised to contact me on Monday the 31/10/2016. He did not contact me and I called Vodacom at 1.20 pm on Monday to see if the situation had been resolved. I was pushed around for 35 minutes to different people without getting hold of Mr Lediga. I phoned again today 2/11/2016 and Regional Office now tells me that they cannot see if the migration has taken place and that I must contact the store where I filled in the forms. I phoned them AGAIN and was told by Estiack? that there is a back log of migrations and it is still not done due to problems with new billing system. VODACOM YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!! 8 weeks to transfer my phone name to my company name. You are nothing short of pathetic!! I am trying to upgrade to your red advantage package which expires on the 6 th November. Looks like I will lose out for the second time on this deal due to your disgusting service.

24 Hours later and still no contact from Vodacom! Obviously I am inconsequential in their eyes.

It is now the 22nd of November, three months from when I initially tried to take up the Red Advantage offer. On the 15th November, in reply to our Hellopeter complaint Kulsoem Hajwanie called to say that she had requested to match this deal in my personal capacity. She would revert to me as soon as possible. I rep**** thanking her and asked when the phone would be delivered. She said someone would contact me for our address details. On Thursday the 17th November Innocentia contacted me for the address details. On Monday the 21st November, I asked Kulsoem what was happening with the delivery as the phone had not arrived. On Monday I again asked Kulsoem to please reply to my e-mail. NO REPLY. On Tuesday the 22nd November I sent Kulsoem another e-mail. NO REPLY. Tuesday afternoon I received a call from ********** 52 advising that everything was in place but they wanted my bank details again. I explained that the Red advantage deal was going to be done in my personal capacity as arranged and I don't have the phone yet. I then phoned ********** having been told that I would get through to Kulsoem. HA, HA they don't know who she is.! SURPRISE, SURPRISE. Perhaps you should INTRODUCE YOUR STAFF TO EACH OTHER. Later on Tuesday I spoke to Sikhumbulo who put me through to Tebogo, a Manager. Tebogo told me there was NOTHING he could do. *********** MANAGER YOU HAVE! It seems that your SERVICE STILL SUCKS! YOU GUYS ARE USELESS !!!
What must be done to get a decent service provider in this country.
