Vodacom Service sucks !!!!!

I have been a loyal client to Vodacom for over 15 Years. I have emailed, called, emailed, called, emailed and called over and over again for some help in this terrible time of COVID and guess what... NOTHING....Big fat Nothing. My final resolve is, they care less about the clients, so why should I care about Vodacom, I'm just not going to anymore. I have done my utmost to try and resolve my situation and now just like you Vodacom I DON"T CARE!... Put that in your pipe and smoke it and send the legal letters. Looking forward to your automated reply "A consultant who knows nothing will be in touch soon"
