Vodacom service sucks

Terrible customer service at Vodacom.

Took put a new contract in August and phoned Vodacom within 5 days to collect he phone as its slow and terrible. It was logged to Vodacom on the 24th August and we now on the 2nd October and still waiting for the new phone to be collected for my contract to be canceled. I keep phoning with no joy and now been waiting a week for a manager to phone me.

I want this phone off my property by tomorrow.

This is disgusting service and will never recommend vodacom to anyone
