VODACOM SERVICE SUCKS!

Service from Vodacom is terrible lately!! They used to be the best service provider but off late the service is horrible. The Vodacom App is ****, never works! I app**** for a phone on their website on the 31 March 2016 and I was given this reference number LOHPNJ and I was told someone would come back to me, no one has bothered! I called the terrible Call center and none of the agents know what their doing and I could not be helped. I went to a Vodashop and provided the required details, they are also struggling with some C3D system and they have not come back to me! It would seem bad service is becoming a pandemic in South Africa...
