Vodacom service sucks!!!!

Our whole business is run by cell rooters with Vodacom.<br> We reported the signal booster faulty more than 7 days ago. Today after a long conversation we were told that it will take another 14 working days to assess the problem.<br> Our whole office is non functional but they expect us to pay them promptly.<br>
