Vodacom service sucks

Vodacom has allowed another person to link their number to my number without my permission. I receive notifications everyday about this number running out of data,airtime etc. Today I have received like five messages already.

I have called them 3 times and I am not getting any assistance. The last time I called I was told this was already sent to our technicians and they will probably give you the same response.

I am tired of their ****py service, that time I have had this number for more than 10 years
