Vodacom Service SUCKS !!!!!!!!

I had a contract with vodacom - I cancled my contract by following the rules, and calling them 1 month before the time. 2 Months later they still billing me. I called their call center again, and there is a STUPID bot thing that simply says, im not calling from a vodacom Number, it will send me a message on how to PORT and i dont want to have a contract with them. Im really ****ed, i need my money back. and i do not see, why they have no way, how you can call them from a other network. South Africa is going through so much unemployment for them to have bots introduced. Give a real person that JOB.
