Vodacom Service sucks.

I have been a Vodacom customer for more than 20 years with multiple contracts.

I have to say:

In general the Vodacom Customer service is so pathetic that it should have a negative rating (less than 0).

They have been debiting my bank account with ********** debit orders and extremely unhelpful to resolve it. I have spend many hours on the phone being passed from the one department to the next and then just dropped!! Then start the process again........ No help, no resolution, no feedback.

Also froze my data with no explanation or help to resolve it - took 3 weeks to get any sort of help.

Have an unauthorized number with full access registered on my profile, I phone many times trying to remove it to prevent ***** - even reported it to "Vodacom ***** department" - again no help, no resolution and no feedback.

Keep going Vodacom!! I will continue moving my contracts to your opposition who are eager to do good business.

Please produce the proof where I authorize you or Vodacom to the debit order for the account in question.
I did not authorize it nor dit I sign for this contract.
This is the last warning from me that if you do not remove this contract from my name I will lay a charge of theft against Vodacom with the SAPS.
