Vodacom service sucks!!!!!

I have been calling for mph one to be activated for over 24hours. Got a new phone it still isn't working! The call center says supervisors don't work qeekend and there And no one thy can help! They say it's twchnical buy the technical team is off and that I should wait for some one to call. Mean while I am paying you my money to do a service! The call center is ill equipt to answer questions. The technical team<br> Leaves too early! You charge too damn much to not help people when they need it ans are paying you!!! 2 days no service and no help!
