VODACOM SERVICE SUCK BIG TIME

Vodacom service is absolutely disgusting. Firstly their often no signal. Secondly I called 135 and could not get trough to a call center agent at all. Then I got to a consultant via calling handset repairs, and she was going on and on and on and on about stuff that I did not ask about. She clearly is not trained on how to speak to clients and she never stops talking for a second to listen to what the client needs. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me no manager was available. She then proceeded to put the phone down on me!!! Vodacom, I suggest you take the time to check how much airtime and data I buy and then put the phone down on me again - I can just port my number you know!!! Call center agent suppositly was Michelle
