Vodacom service SUCK!!

<p>Eversince last week my mother has been trying to get her online upgrade processed! Everytime she phones them, they keep telling her that someone will phone her. But this doesn't seem to happen!! </p> <p> </p> <p>My father is also struggling for more than a month to get his data and airtime back, that due to a 'technical error' has just vanished!! </p> <p> </p> <p>We have been Vodacom customers for many many years! But their service absolutely SUCK the past few months!! </p>
