Vodacom service stinks

Once again my interactions with Vodacom have been a spectacular fail. God they are a hopeless lot ! Why I expect them to get any better remains a mystery to me as every time (without exception) they show me how utterly useless they are at customer service. Once again a very unsatisfied customer ,Vodacom do you know the definition of the word "CUSTOMER" ? ,I suspect not. Lets see if they respond and lets see if they can actually fix the problem ,my pessimistic side says 10-1 they will not be able to solve the issue. Vodacom you stink !
