Vodacom Service Ridiculous

Vodacom is absolutely ridiculous. Cannot believe they still have any customers after my experience with their administration. I have had my business cellphone for more than 10 years as well as a private contract and never missed a payment. I resigned from my current company and moved to another company and requested transfer of ownership to service my clients but Vodacom declined my transfer of ownership for no reason. Excellent credit score and Vodacom gladly upgraded my private contract last week but refuses to transfer my business contract. If you phone Vodacom they refer you to a store. I have been at 3 stores and Vodacom declines the transfer every time for no reason. Can someone at Vodacom please explain to me how the debit order is going to go off a closed bank account if they refuse to transfer ownership so you can pay for your contract to stay in business and service your clients?????
