Vodacom Service Review Feedback

This feedback on my last review. Since I last reviewed Vodacom my service was terminated on that same day, the 6th of October 2025 as I told you it would, without any reason whatsoever. The consultant never contacted as promised and the only person who contacted me on the 10th of October 2025 was a service consultant who thought I had a technical fiber problem. I then told him that I did not want the service anymore and he promised to pas it on to accounts. The fact is that I only had service for 6 days and that is all I am willing to pay as my contract was terminated by Vodacom. This I will convey to Vodacom per email and deem it the end of this whole mess.
