Vodacom Service Providers Helpless

I have spent hours - much of my valuable day - being shunted from one helpless call centre to another, cut off, given incorrect numbers to call, tried to find contact numbers online, and gone through the DAMN security questions seven or eight times. I am now gatvol. I've been a Vodacom customer for 23 years - this feels like the dark ages.
