Vodacom Service providers deductions.

Without Prejudice. On 15 November I received a SMS from Fun.mobi saying I must reply with \Stop\" to opt out. I didn't, but rep**** with an SMS that I did not subscribe to any of their Subscriptions and will sue them if they deduct money from my account. But in the mean time Vodacom is supporting their providers by deducting the R20 per day subscription from my Vodacom account under the heading Calls-Data services (Content services). When I phoned Vodacom this month they cancelled the deductions and logged a query with Fun.mobi. I was told that Waspa will contact me within 2 days, but this did not happen. I phoned them and spoke to a person called Justin. I was bluntly told that Vodacom is wrong, they do not phone clients and I must send an e-mail. I did this on 23/03 and on 29/03. I have had no response.
I e-mailed Vodacom, but they want my id no, bank deduction date, bank name and account type.
All I want to know is who gives Vodacom the right to deduct money from someones account without proper proof of \"Subscribing\" to anything. They have all these security questions and checks when you contact them, but they can still assist service providers to ***** from their clients."
