Vodacom service provider can make your life miserable and they don’t care

Zero rating. *****sters, trust me if you can please DO NOT open any accounts and have contracts with this service provider as they will make your like miserable, you finish paying a contract you close it then they use your credentials to do upgrades that you don’t know about and that you never authorised you see new debit orders that you didn’t sign any debit order mandates for , next thing you are blacklisted you investigate it they confirm *****ulent upgrades done their side your name is cleared after many many months with ICS and Vodacom confirms a zero balance and they have closed the account in question,2 months down the line these inhuman humans go back to square 1 and use the same account to their benefit they hand you over to lawyers again it’s just a cycle and they think they can get away with this as they have soooo many times but I swear not this time , I’ll fight even for the ones who cannot afford to fight for themselves , this Vodacom will defame you in many ways . It’s time to sue these greedy network service providers.
