vodacom service - poor x ***

i went to this useless vodacom shop in Alberton City Mall the one next to Game store to do my upgrade on a Sunday , i took the LG phone that has the double screens, on the Monday the phone already gave a lot of problems so i took it back for it is still within the 7 days. The consultant who assisted me promised that he will phone me during last week to give me an update and till today i still haven't received any feedback. it's been 7 days now that i do not have a phone. i had to borrow a phone from a colleague at work. i am so so frustrated when i do phone the pathetic shop nobody can help me cause they do not know what i am referring to. when i phoned the customer care line on their system is also NO NOTES made. Ndlandla advised me that she will follow up with the shop she phoned them the entire day. they do not answer their phones and non of them knows whats going on in their shop.

needless to say i will go there tomorrow and cancel my contract with them after 6 years of being a client of them . never ever skipped one payment.and they cannot even borrow me a phone.

i will never ever deal with vodacom again. if i was such an employee at my work i would've been fired. there is absolutely no service at all
