Vodacom service over charge

This is money laundering company that needs to be exposed, since 2019 I have experienced monthly over charges on my cellphone billing of ridiculous amount allocated under data usage highest being 15k when requesting itemized billing the sum is placed under a caption "data usage" it is never under phone calls which the respond as data being used so no break down.

I desperately require your assistance towards resolving this issue as my monthly salary deduction will eventually not even cover my expenses
