Vodacom service once again dissapoints

The one star rating is over rated by ********** %. I am fed up with Vodacom, I complained last month about the poor and unacceptable service and surprise surprise, NOTHING has been done or sorted out! The transfer of ownership I requested last month was nerver processed.....surprise-surprise!!!!!! This after me complaining and complaining, I am now being told to go through the whole process at another branch and wait again for a month before it will take place, it is unacceptable!!!!!! I have had enough of Vodacom! ENOUGH!!!!!!
