Vodacom - service level zero
now on my 3rd review , haven't learnt my lesson and gone with a proper service provider , I have been without fiber since last Thursday , logged a ticket , got my ref number , its been 5 days and no response , no calls , no follow up , no communication off any sort. Vodacom your customer service is truly pathetic , only thing you efficient with is debiting my account for payment.
