Vodacom service is PATHETIC

After 3 complaints posted on this platform and COUNTLESS calls made ..STILL NO ASSISTANCE from Vodacom who naturally expect a payment for a service I have NOT USED since the inception of the contract... PLEASE stop responding to complaints with an aumotated reply...it is IRRITATING!!!!!!!!!!!! CALL ME TO SORT OUT YOUR MESS THAT I AM EXPECTED TO PAY FOR!!!!!!!!
