Vodacom service is pathetic

I've been with Vodacom for over 13 years and I've never missed any payment but it's so sad that today I'm writing this review because no one care to assist me from Vodacom. From February this year 2023, I'm being debited over R400 for a contract that I'm not using as I was sold a new contract of which I'm paying much less on it and it's a reasonable package. Whenever I call Vodacom I'm being told that someone will get back to me, till today no one has bothered to assist. I just want the contract to be closed and I want my refund as they can see that I haven't been using data on the contract that I'm asking them to cancel because in January 2023 they called me and told me about the new one and confirmed that the existing one was coming to an end. Someone pls help...
