Vodacom service is pathetic.

I have paid a settlement amount to vodacom to settle my contracts. I made the payment at a vodacom shop. The funds were allocated to the incorrect account number. I've been contacting vodacom trying to get the matter resolved. It's been 1 month now and this is still not resolved. Every time I contact vodacom the consultants give me a different story. They are so *********** and unhelpful. I am at wits ends with vodacom,worst service provider ever!!!
