Vodacom service is pathetic

The most pathetic service that I have ever experienced. I have been having very poor network connection and dropped calls for the past 2 months now. The network quality had been excellent before this.

I have lost countless customers and it continues up to this day. How will vodacom get my customers back? This is ridiculous!

I have been complaining to vodacom, and they keep trying to call me. Most of the time their agents cannot even get through because of the poor network.

How will calling me sort out my network?

Next call will be to cancel all existing services through vodacom. Pathetic, disgusting excuse for a business.
