Vodacom service is pathetic!

<p>I reported my cellphone theft at the end og November 2016.Did a sim swap which took a week to complete again after numerous attempts.</p> <p>Subsequently informed Vodacom that i could only receive calls not make calls. I was informed that a service call had been logged and the issue would be resolved.Its now the end of January 2017 and the problem persists.</p> <p>Adding insult to injury this is the second time im having the same problem.</p>
