Vodacom service is Horrific

Pathetic I held on of 30 minutes to speak to a manager and was cut off. They did not call back. I had to contact then re-explain myself about 4 times and still I do not have my new upgrade phone. They bluntly refuse to get a manager involved and they do not keep their promises. The sales agent made these promises last week and all is forgotten as the sale is done!
