Vodacom service is dreadful

The call center makes you wait forever on hold .<br> When you request to speak to the manager the call is conveniently cut <br> Get transferred from one department to the next and no one can assist <br> Get confirmation of delivery via SMS , confirmation from two different people , when I confirm with the courier the order is still on hold <br>
