Vodacom service is disgusting.

Vodacom has the most pathetic service I renewed my contract in September the deal was the phone comes with a Samsung gear watch. When I went to the Vodacom in Hillcrest Kzn they advised the watch was redeemed so a query was escalated in this regard... its almost 3 months now and I haven't received the watch I go into the store almost every week and the manager tells me his still getting a hold of the Samasung lady.How difficult can this be. You advertise something stick to your word. This is disgusting you sont treat customers this way.
