Vodacom service in a minus rating

I am forced to rate Vodacom 1 star, or I cannot continue. In my experience of over a decade with Vodacom, they will have to build up credits just to get to a zero. Here is my problem. I got retrenched and did not run like a *****, during lockdown they did not have a facility to buy out my contracts through Capitec bank. Therefore I was forced to go to FNB to settle the quote they sent me. That experience was also very distasteful.

Regardless, the several people I spoke to that morning, the last person said that I must use my vodacom account nr as their banking details, which obviously didn't work, that is why i have to go to the bank to deposit cash there

i phoned inundatedly to get the correct email addres to send the proof of payment, my id and the quotes they send. Eventually there was no human to speak to and i was only given the option to send a whatsapp and sms. Of which the replies was also that ''i dont' understand this well. i am still learning''. wow!!!!

out of past experience, i know for sure that someone at vodacom will slip up again, as usual, when it comes to cancellations and that is why i will report this to every single complaint site, i can get hold of.

i have 5 different email addresses of which none works that their spitefull employees has given me. the mails continue coming back as undeliverable, because the email does not exist.

i have questions on that email that i want answered and that is another reason why i want everything in writing. because vodacom slips up ALWAYS. on top of that one of the silly girls will tell me that am i upset because of lockdown. seriously????????? even without lockdown, they can't assist me properly with cancellations as was the case with another contract of mine that ended in december 2019. so what now?

the email address on the quote, i copied and pasted and that one doesn't even work. so what is the solution.

i need a valid email address where i can send my proof to and my questions answered in writing from vodacom.
