Vodacom service failure and *****ulant activity

On 06/02/2020, I contacted vodacom to sign up for a new contract. I provided all of my details, chose the LG W30 for R199.00 per month and was told it had been approved and I should just accept the confirmation SMS. I then called back when the SMS appeared to go through to my husband's phone number. This is when the consultant advised she had spoken to my husband - categorically untrue, and had run the contract on my husband's name instead of mine (*****ulant ITC check then done as no authorisation was provided - I am sure call recordings or lack thereof can prove this). The consultant (same one who originally captured my application), then advised me that she would escalate my case and provide feedback to me within an hour. Working in a contact center myself, I realise that she might have been stressed and rushed the TAT, so I decided to allow a few more days to allow a thorough investigation and to get back to me. It is 1 day shy of 2 weeks since my application, and I am yet to receive any feedback. So to recap: 10 the consultant claimed to have a approved my contact (was my ITC score altered for a contact I never received), my husbands ITC score was affected by *****ulant means, I was **** to about TAT for escalation and feedback, and it seems that the consultant simply **** in the hopes that I would forget about what happened and she would just continue to be an *********** staff member for vodacom who clearly does not even have vodacoms interests in hand by allowing people who want new contracts to simply be left waiting. If this is how vodacom recruits for their sales team, it looks as though vodacom would prefer potential consumers to move onto other providers instead.
