Vodacom Service

It seems like Vodacom does not care about customers. I tried everything that I can but I can’t get help from Vodacom. I can’t check my balances through all Vodacom platforms and even their Vodashops and customer services can’t see my number on the system. I don’t know where to go to get help. There was a call logged but it was closed today without resolving the issue. I just received and sms: Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number A3-2B2E-A6ITU has been closed. Thank you Vodacom.
