Vodacom service

I have an issue with Vodacom where my contract expired. i cancelled well ahaed of time on the my vodacom app as i tried to caal them and nobody answers the call. i have tried calling countless times. i then went to walk in centre where i was told i need to call. iasked the agent to call and see if he can get through. he tried twice with no ;uck that the call was answered. he siad he would see what he can do and call me back. i am still waiting. now the account is handed over to IDALAWYERS. What can i do as i will not pay for somthing that i am not using.
