Vodacom service during lockdown

I bought data through my bank to help me work during the lock down. For some reason it is not reflecting on my phone.Tried the customer care line- only in Zulu, no option to speak to consultant.Tried calling 5 stores that should be open-got through to 2, no help.Dont know what to do now.Neef the data to work .
