VODACOM SERVICE - DISGUSTING
What a surprise - yet another 2 Vodacom employees promised to return my calls and didn't. Not even the one from the escalation department. It has been 6 days since the helpful technician logged a reqeest to authoisre a router swop and absolutely ZERO feeedback. I have had no connection since Thursday 2 weeks ago.
