Vodacom service complaint
<p>I have been struggling to get a refund from Vodacom since the 2th of July 2016. I have made littery hundreds of calls to Vodacom and till today i have not been reimbursed. I speak to several consultants and none of them are even trying to assist me. They just pass the buck. I have been promised calls back but no one ever calls back. I am very frustrated with the service i received so far. I have been a customer of Vodacom for the past 11 years.</p>
