VODACOM SERVICE/COMMUNICATION UNACCEPTABLE. STILL HAVE NO REFUND FTER MORE THAN A MONTH

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Unfortunately I am forced to post this on the Vodacom official Facebook page due to the unacceptable lack of service received from Vodacom.

VODACOM BUSINESS ACCOUNT OVERPAID.
4 November 2016
I overpaid Vodacom by a substantial amount. I called Vodacom Customer Services immediately as did my Bank. We were both given the same instructions and told to email <br ********** This was done with all the necessary information requested. He sent me the reply from Lisa Bedford. Saying she had the request and was busy investigating.

11 December 2016
Well it's now 11 December 2016 and I am still waiting for a reply from Vodacom.
So much for 7 days!!!!!!
I'm at my wits end. This is a BUSINESS ACCOUNT and the amount overpaid is a hefty amount.
Vodacom who do you think you are, that you can completely ignore your customers. This certainly, is not your money to keep. Dear Vodacom

I have been contacted by Lisa Bedford and my refund is in process. A real shame that it took going to social media and a friend who knew someone in the know, for Vodacom to react.

As far as I'm concerned the employees that I spoke to at your Business Customer Care Centre need to be investigated.

Looking forward to receiving me refund.

I posted on this Vodacom Complaints page on 13 December 2016. This is now my second complaint on the same issue which is still not resolved
Reason: I overpaid Vodacom a substantial amount of money, in error, on 4 November 2016. I immediately made them aware of this and so did my Private Banker. They were also told NOT TO DEDUCT anymore from the credit amount in the account than the payment that was due for the end of that particular month. They did exactly the opposite.
After posting my complaint on 13 December 2016. I was contacted by Vodacom on 13 December 2016 and was told to send through certain paperwork, which I duly did. I was told it would be handled and I would be refunded.
Well today is 27 December 2016 and I'm still waiting to be refunded by Vodacom.
I'm absolutely furious!
