Vodacom Service Claim - NO RESPONSE

Tuesday the 28th August 2018 I had reported my cellphone lost. ********** 529 Case no:- 05/08/2018, IT. Ref no:- ********** 2. Till date 31/08/2018 still no solution. Very Confused Customer. On the 28 August 2018 was informed through Vodacom shop Mayville ,between 5 to 24 hours feedback on the claim. Being a businessman its crucial to have my phone and paying an insurance to vodacom(being a customer for 20years + )I would expect speedy response. the 29 August 2018 I had gone to Mayville Vodacom(Excellent Service from that branch specifically)only o find out after 30 hours that my claim was approved for R 15000.00(but they require an a ridiculous access amount ). For eg Note 9 R 5869.00 and Huawei pro 20 R 4689.00 I do not see why I should pay the access amount when it should be covered by Vodacom. 30 August 2018 I returned to Vodacom Mayville (3 Days of business hours lost and still no phone for my clients to contact me...Business loss)where Vodaworld was then contact and I was told that I do not qualify for the P20 Pro all of a sudden and they do not know why. Advised me to go directly to Vodaworld which I did, sitting and waiting for assistance for 2 hours and 5mins eventually only to find out the the Note 9 is gone up by R 1000...They then put me through via telephone to a superior for assistance...Asked a few questions which they could not answer and eventually I was told that I know qualify for the P20 Pro with an access amount of R 4400.00 I feel being a customer for 20 years + and paying an insurance I am a business man and its costing me time and business to be stranded without a telephone. I want to be in the same position as I was Note 5 Lost...they should replace me a Note 8 with no access or even a Note 5,I just need to be mobile, after all my insurance is paid on time and so is my business contract. It is time consuming, petrol, loss of business clients, effort all this for no feedback from Vodacom Superiors. 4 days down and still no solution from them. No use phoning to complaints because they cannot assist as we have been told. Sincerely Anthony Van Loggenberg
