Vodacom service

M really disappointed with vodacom services, my airtime has just disappeared nd they were unable to refund it claiming that it's an error from the bank of witch the bank figures are saying that the money bought air tym even received a thank u for recharging msg from vodacom used,nd it's not the 1st tym I experienced disappointment with them ,the was a tym I was signed 4 an airtime contract without my concern ,nd I was told I'll be refunded till today ,I guess m in a toxic relationship with this company whereas I've been their loyal customer 4 decades ,it's high time I make a decision to cut this toxic relationship with them.
