Vodacom: Service as dead as the deceased

As per instructions from Vodacom deceased dept on or about the 12th March 2019, all relevant documents for a transfer of ownership from my deceased dad's name onto my name was submitted by e-mail. On the 14th March a return e-mail instructed me to hand in the relevant documents at a Vodacom store, which i timeously did, 1st at Vodacom Gateway on 20th March and again on 26th March at Vodacom ****arney because the ID doc's were not clear enough on the 1st submission. 3 weeks later and documents submitted and I receive the following SMS this morning: '' VODACOM NOTIFICATION: A TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP HAS NOT BEEN ARRANGED ON THIS CONTRACT. THIS LINE WILL NOW BE DELETED". I now stand to lose approx R800 credit and 7.5gb of DATA because no one at vodacom knows what to do... but amazingly Vodacom claims to be the best network in South Africa...

Reviewer Update
Having received a response from Vodacom's Legal and Media review Department on 03/04/2019, I was promised that the transfer issue would be resolved immediately. Unfortunately, albeit expected, nothing has been done and again I receive an sms to say the account has once again been barred... From the 1st e-mail from Vodacom, where there is an undertaking to resolve matters in 3 working days, it is now over a month of working days, countless calls to the legal department, the collections department, 2 store visits in different parts of the country and still no resolution... COME MAY ELECTIONS , MY VOTE GOES TO VODACOM, THEY SERVE UP EMPTY PROMISES JUST AS WELL AS ANY SEASONED POLITICIAN CAN...
