Vodacom service and signal is pathetic!

There should be minus 1 stars to rate the absolute non-existent service we receive from Vodacom. We have been struggling with signal for months. Purchased additional products from Vodacom etc. all to no avail and at OUR COST! Currently the signal from our local tower is so poor that I can't attend TEAMS meetings or open documents. I tried to escalate this matter several times with hundreds of ref no, always they same story: they will call you... which does not happen and the calls get closed but after months the tower is till not working properly. No procedure to escalate matters in this company as numbers or names are given out. SHOCKING to say the least.
